Weekly Update

What a wonderful week we have had, completing all our learning sequences for the half term and having a range of exciting Christmas activities too. Please see our Christmas Round-Up below to see what we have been up to this week.

We were so proud to present 94 children with a 100% attendance certificate for the autumn term in assembly today. This is a fantastic effort for these children to achieve, especially with the level of illness we have had recently. A HUGE well done to you all.  Let’s see if we can get even more than this for the spring term.

Have a lovely Christmas break with your family and we will see all the children back on Wednesday 8th January 2025.

Attendance Matters

It is so important that we see your children in school every day as any missed days means missed learning.

There are our attendance figures for this week:

Overall 94.4%

It has been good to see so many children back for the last week of term. Let’s aim for 96% or over in the new year!

If children are arriving late or leaving school early for medical appointments, please make sure that evidence is provided to the school office.

Reminders

*Thank you to everyone who has named their child’s uniform; this helps us to return any lost property to its rightful owner.

*Please remember that children shouldn’t be playing on the P.E. equipment on the playgrounds/field before and after school as there needs to be a member of staff supervising them at all times.
